DIVAS for Social Justice will host a civic engagement program for middle school students to encourage composting, healthy eating and education about the importance of food justice in communities of color. Each participant will serve as an ambassador to the Garden Of Resilience and will be trained to facilitate a food justice workshop for the greater community. Participants that complete all the tasks will receive a monetary stipend. For more information to apply, click here.
